Archimedes Lever provides an AI-powered reality engineering platform that transforms natural language descriptions into deployable software applications, including but not limited to:

• Natural language processing and intent parsing
• Technical specification generation
• Code scaffolding and generation
• Infrastructure deployment
• Project management and analytics

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Pricing

The Service offers two main tiers:

• Quantum Sandbox: Free tier with limited features
• Reality Engine: Premium subscription at R999/month

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude applicable taxes.

5. Payment Terms

For premium subscriptions:

• Payment is due monthly in advance
• Automatic renewal unless canceled
• All payments are processed through Paystack
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all intellectual property rights to the applications, code, and content you create using our Service.

Our Technology: Archimedes Lever retains all intellectual property rights to our platform, AI models, and underlying technology.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Attempt to reverse engineer our platform

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that could temporarily interrupt service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

Archimedes Lever shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of South Africa.
