1. Free Tier
Our Quantum Sandbox tier is completely free and does not require any payment. No refunds apply to free services.
2. Premium Subscription Refunds
For our Reality Engine premium subscription (R999/month):
2.1 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are unsatisfied with our Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription payment.
2.2 Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a refund:
- Request must be made within 14 days of initial payment
- You must not have violated our Terms of Service
- Refund request must be submitted via email to refunds@archimedeslever.dev
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Requests made after 14 days from initial subscription
- Partial month usage or prorated refunds
- Subscription renewals
- Violation of Terms of Service resulting in account suspension
- Change of mind after 14 days
- Failure to cancel subscription before renewal

5. Processing Refunds
